Wikifri Supports Canopius in Expanding U.S. Target Operating Model
Wikifri, an insurance-focused consulting and data solutions firm, has built on their existing partnership with Canopius to deliver the next phase of its U.S. Target Operating Model. This phase focused on expanding Canopius’ U.S. open market capabilities by implementing multiple lines of business onto its core system platform, enhancing their data back-office data platform and building on the foundation for scalable growth.
As part of this initiative, Wikifri provided program management and system integration services to configure and implement both existing and newer lines of business on Canopius’ U.S. platform. This work established consistent processes, strengthened reporting, and aligned with Canopius’ broader U.S. operating model.
In parallel, Wikifri has continued to enhance Canopius’ U.S. Data Platform based on its Insurance Daylight solution. By stabilizing and integrating data across core systems and delegated authority bordereaux, this platform enables accurate financial, actuarial, and reinsurance reporting while supporting future growth.
